Here is some further info for you to help with your attendance.

EVENT TIMES

Please try to arrive by 3:30pm. The ceremony will be starting at 4pm sharp (and then finishing as quickly as possible so we can party!)

PARKING AND TRANSPORT

For those of you using one of our courtesy buses, your pickup times will stretch from 14:00 to 15:15. I will reach out to you privately to confirm your pickup time in the coming weeks. If you are unsure if you are on the bus or not, please reach out and let me know.

For those of you driving to the event, there is parking on site – signage on the day will guide you. There is overflow parking just across the road at the ‘Tinjella Trail’ car park. The address of the venue is:

DRESS CODE

Wear what makes you comfortable and happy. The usual weather is around the low-to-mid 20s in the day, however being in the forest, it will get cold in the evening. Please don’t wear a white dress lol

KIDS

For those bringing their little ones, we will have a number of activities for them! We would also highly recommend that you bring earplugs or something to supress noise

FOOD

We have tried to make the event as kid-friendly as possible with our timings. Dinner will be at 6pm. If you have any dietary requirements, and haven’t sent them through – please do asap.

EVENT THE NIGHT BEFORE

A lot of you are travelling from all over the bloody place, which is awesome. We are hosting an extremely casual event on Friday, 6 November, at the Mclaren Vale Hotel. We have booked the bar area from 4-7pm and will be putting on some light bites for you. If you wanna have a meal or get tucked into some drinks, then you go for it mate you’ve earned it. You do not need to RSVP for this, but we’d love to see as many of you there as possible!
